Use your cutting machine or X-ACTO knife, along with my template, to cut out all of the 3D chess board pieces. Note: I try to design most of my files so that they can fit on 8.5″x11″ sheets of cardstock, but this project will require a few sheets of 12″x12″ cardstock.ġ. The key to this project is patience: patience when setting up all those score lines, patience when waiting for your cutting machine to get around all those tiny details, and patience with assembling each and every one of those delicate chess pieces!
